[FIXED] Frost mage Post Fix proc issue

So after https://trello.com/c/dqAMHMtA/209-magefrost-proc-generation this was fixed now you lose 2 procs of [Brain Freeze](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=190447).

Scenario:
You have Brain freeze proc on you and you cast Frostbolt Which generates another Brain Freeze proc in this scenario but it should be delayed since you already have Brain Freeze on you.

What happens on Freakz:
You have BF proc then u cast frostbolt and if it procs another BF proc it just refreshes your current one while you are already casting Flurry so u lose a proc.
