I don't play from about 2-3 years.
Now i wanted to play and i can't find my characters.
I found them in armory but not on account.
Can somebody help me

Your characters were most likely on the old Genesis realm. When we transitioned to Legion, old characters were deleted. Unfortunately there is no way to recover them.
