Rank 3 Tailoring Patterns bug?

Bug description: Rank 3 patterns such as : https://www.wowhead.com/quest=41649/work-order-silkweave-slippers + https://www.wowhead.com/quest=41647/work-order-silkweave-robe should drop from the world quests normally. I've completed multiple of them and all I get is Blood of Sargeras but no patterns. Checking the drop box on site : https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=137964&&name=pattern-silkweave-robe it doesn't show how to get it. What do I do?
