Achievement freeze Pets

Character name: Rippo
Bug description: It seems achievements for battle pets, mostly on collection related are bugged. For example number of unique pets it shows 159 for a while, despite of the fact that I collected plenty of them since 159 was achieved, I counted all unique pets from appearance, and I know it shows more because counts the double ones but there are more than 159 unique.
Same for collecting cats, voted and got a battle pet and didn't counted in the achievement. Proof 2 in help for Proof 1 with the counting and for Proof 3 with the cats achievement.
