"Power Matrix" Should reset it's energy back to 0 after each "Reorigination Blast".

This is what should happen after another 3 rounds of Matrix getting deposited.
As of right now it is instantly triggered due to "Power Matrix" not reseting the Energy after first "Reorigination Blast".
