[FIXED] [Shaman][Elemental] Elemental blast with Natural Harmony (Azerite trait)

Character name: Renguitto

Bug description: Elemental blast is a "elemental" spell and its supposed to count as Fire, Nature and Frost damage and be trigger of the three buffs of Natural Harmony.

Proof: In the video u can see that i have at least 1 piece of Natural harmony, i cast one Elemental blast, and it give me no Natural harmony buff, when its supposed to give me the three of its buffs.
