Bug description: I got revered with champions of azeroth, but got no quest to upgrade HOA item level

Vale2vale2, I don't know if you have noticed, but when you get ''Friendly'' with ''Champions of Azeroth'' you receive +15 Item Level for the ''Heart of Azeroth'' then, for ''Honored'' you receive +30 Item Level for the ''Heart of Azeroth'' instead of +15 for Honored and +15 for Revered.
I am not sure if this was intentional or un-intentional.
But. that should be the reason why there is no additional Quest for the ''Heart of Azeroth'' or else, it would be over it's Item Level limit.
