[Island Expedition] [Command Table] Treasure Island missions have bugged success chance

Bug description: The command table missions that you get after completing your weekly Island expedition cap are bugged in there success chance. When you select the followers that will head on the mission it gives you an accurate chance of success, but after you actually send them on the mission, the chance changes completely and drops to -50%. Upon completing the mission it also counts as if u had -50%, so you dont get the rewards and fail the mission.
Proof: I have screenshots of 2 different missions where I sent followers in with around 80-100% chance of success only for it to be reduced to -50% after i had already sent them off. First picture was from a mission that was suppose to give me a mount but it failed at -50% even though it was at 80% when I originally sent the followers.

Second set of pictures is from titan residuum that i am likely not going to receive despite my followers showing that I should have 107% success chance.

Confirmed, also when you start a mission with 120-150% win chance sometimes they come back as failed with 0% chance.

The results of missions seem to be random. It's 0% or whatever was the initial chance or the correct chance calculated by the team setup.

Even with +100% it may have result in a 0% chance or -25% in case of some of the outpost upgrade missions
