Bug description: vashjir portal in ogrimmer doest work when u click on it.. ... and if it require a quest the npc beside doesnt give eye of the storm quest..

Good Evening chaosdfreaks,
If you cannot click on the portal to Vashjir to get the Red Monocle, try the following:
–>Talk to the Farseer near the Cataclysm Portals in Orgrimmar.
–>Do the “Eye of the Storm” quest he gives.
–>Fly out to the docks by Orgrimmar, and enter the tower.
–>Talk to the Commander in there and do the quest “Call of Duty”.
–>Ride the boat to Vashjir. They took out some of the cutscenes, so just wait on the boat and you’ll be teleported to the wrecked ship.
–>Now you can do the questlines for the underwater breathing and the seahorse mount.
–>Do the quests up to the first cave (flight-point) and you can fly to the Sandy Beach FP to get that one.
If none of these work, just reply - so I can try to find other solutions that might work..

ok here is the thing:
1- i know about the npc but he dont give the quest .
2- i could took the quest eye storm only on 1 alt dont know why all other chars couldnt get the quest.
3- i took the mercenary ship but it reaches the octopus thing and then spawn back to ogrimmer .( so the quest call of duty is buged couldnt not turn it or complete it)https://www.wowhead.com/quest=25924/call-of-duty
4- ok here is the cycle of the mercenary boat :1- it reaches the octopus thing .
2- then a loading screen and i spawn with ship in middle of sea near kalmidor https://imgur.com/YWFMVqJ https://imgur.com/OHQin5q
3- then a loading screen comes and i spawn with ship in kalmidor azshara and stop there for a while.https://imgur.com/LB8Q9SL
4-then i start moving again back to dortuar with the ship. https://imgur.com/i4eodCB


5- so i tried and took the ship again but when i reached the octupus i jumped from the ship and went underwater and i am in vashjir.(but still can complete the quest call of duty because is buged and i guess quest chain is not scripted. and thats the only way i could get there and still portal not working.
6- side note when i jumped from the ship when i reached the tentacles thing and reached vasjir i alrdy have a buff to breath underwater without doing the quest chain.
