Character name: Hellglaive

Bug description
Every Character and my new Boosted 110 Character i made that didn't do the broken shore Quest Chain in Legion is now phased out or something because they have the broken shore unlock but i have not done the Quest Chain as seen in the Screenshot Khadgar is still in Dalaran but he's not visible to me. Now Because of this i can't unlock the argus quest chain on any of the new characters
