Bug description: Quest items used to unlock outposts in the opposite faction's territory remain in your inventory even after quest completion.
Proof:

Here you can clearly see in the chat that I just completed the quest meant for unlocking the outpost and the NPC are present, yet the quest item does NOT disappear from my inventory.
