Character name: Stickoftruth
Bug description: Having a Hot Streak proc and casting Fireball and Pyroblast at the same time, there is a delay between the spells that makes the Fireball reach the target first. This makes the usual fire mage rotation irrelevant because a non-crit Pyroblast will cancel the Heating Up effect of a Fireball that critically strikes.
Proof: easy to test
