Mac'Aree Quest : Lightforged Beacon : City Center

Bug description: So at the Quest : Lightforged Beacon : City Center in Mac'Aree to continue the storyline in order to get the allied races lightforged draenei and void elves , after i accept the quest i activate the Lightforged Beacon, it apears , i can use it but i can activate it again and again, and i can't turn in the quest even thou it is completed. Please help me with this bug cause i want the 2 allied races.
