Good Afternoon Ionutzmovie,
Doris Volanthius is a level 70 PvP armor vendor located in the Hall of Legends in the orcish city of Orgrimmar.
Blazzek the Biter is a goblin PvP rewards vendor found in the city of Gadgetzan in Tanaris. He sells Level 70 Season 4 and Level 80 Season 8 weapons.
I think in 8.3.7 it was updated - this is the only thing I could find..

Doris Volanthius has been removed from the official game and Blazzek the Biter should have Doris's inventory.

This is not the case on Freakz. She is still in Orgrimmar and Blazzek the Biter is selling only Weapons.
