Leatherworking Questline Legion

Bug description: The Leatherworking quest [From Head to Toe] keeps bugging for me. Whenever I click the item on the table, it says that it gets added to my backpack, but there is no item looted eventhough the icon is moved into my backpack. The chat even says that I have received the item even if I didn't. The other quest Adventuring Anxietes where I should talk to the NPC Mei Francis opens up her shop, there is no talking option.
