Whenever players relog or the server/client crashes progression towards world quests is completly reset as they would have not done the quest itself.

***This even occurs whenever players have left the world quest zone and reentered. Seems that the server is reseting the players progress by default.***

*Note - This affects any quests that have item looting involved.
