[FIXED] [Death Knight][Unholy] Dark Simulacrum issues

[Dark Simulacrum]() currently has few issues:

**1)** It copies spells upon actual land and not launch. It should always copy spells upon _CAST_SUCCESS.

**Freaks Example:**

On freakz Greater Pyro gets copied only when it actually hits someone and not when it got successfully casted.

**BFA proof:**
While on retail BFA spells were copied upon _CAST_SUCCESS.

**2)** It currently doesn't copy [Polymorph](https://testbfa.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=118&name=polymorph)
