[Legion content]Falcosaur Orphans do not spawn after killing the Matriarch

Upon killing either Direbeak Matriarch, Snowfeather Matriarch, Sharptalon Matriarch or Bloodgazer Matriarch, the orphaned falcosaur of their species should spawn at a specific location. (Which you then can feed and get as a battle pet.) However, they do not spawn, no matter how many times you kill the Matriarchs.

Orphans:
Orphaned Direbeak, Orphaned Snowfeather, Orphaned Sharptalon and Orphaned Bloodgazer

For proof, see the database links as it shows no 'summon upon death' or anything of that sort.
In addition, one of the related World Quests is up currently, so I went to take screenshots.
