[FIXED] [Druid][Balance] Solar beam and Gladiator's Medallion

Currently when you use [Gladiator's Medallion](https://testbfa.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=208683&name=gladiator-s-medallion) under [Solar Beam](https://testbfa.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=81261) it doesn't provide immunity to silence from it.
