Bug description: The scroll doesn't with the build icon doesn't appear in front of the forge, clicking on the forge doesn't trigger completion, can't obliterate anything and Archmage Karlain to which to return the quest is not spawned as shown here https://youtube.com/watch?v=flYkiyVtib0:
