[FIXED] [BoD] Jaina Proudmoore Blistering Tornado Hitbox

Currently on the First Intermission Howling Winds of Jaina Proudmoore the Hitbox of the [Blistering Tornado](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=288534&name=blistering-tornado) is to big. it should only knockback the Player when he directly walks into it.

However on Freakz the Player also gets knockbacked by just coming close to the Hitbox of the Tornado.
