[DUPLICATE] [Dazal'alor] Garona Halfrocen toops bugged

Character name: Bergamlotka
Bug description: I did war campain, all scenarios, tried without addons, I sent for mission to kill troops on my other charcter, I tried deliting cache, WTF folders and tried on other pc.
Btw I used 110 boost for this charcter and I never had option to reqruit troops or do quest for troops or anything like this. I'm able to send for missions my followers but troops are empty.

I think this has something to do with your race - you're a Mag'har Orc. I have heard about more people with this issue (see https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Dark-iron-dwarf-cant-hire-troops-or-research-techs-t597806.html for example)
