Bug description:

This spell heals half of how much it should.
As you see, it should heal for 9.8k but heals for 4500 non critical and for 9k critical.
For my character should heal for 9.8k non critical and around 19.6k critical.

Also sometimes heal around 2k. Heals so low...
Sometimes heal 3k; I dont understand, some players are healed right, some others wrong...

There is no such thing. And even if there was, still doesnt work; I heal ppl around me with 3k and 10k.

i don't have a priest to test it myself
of course GM will do it one day
but i think you could help a lot by doing a test yourself
just ask your mates to stand at different distances from you, starting from melee (min heal) and up to 30 yards (max heal)

Hello,
Halo is indeed affected by range mechanics including AOE Cap healing mechanics. Generally, we're talking about:
Range rough healing calculation:
10% damage/healing at 0 yards
30% damage/healing at 13 yards
74% damage/healing at 20 yards
90% damage/healing at 22 yards
100% damage/healing at 27 yards
89% damage/healing at 30 yards
Take into consideration the maximum target healing cap, let's consider that at a 6. If the spell will heal 1000 that'll look like this:
Target / Amount Healed / Total Amount healed
1 1,000 1,000
2 1,000 2,000

6 1,000 6,000
7 0,857 6,000

Which would reduce the amount healed to some targets if it exceeds the number. Calculate the range + the amount healed to additional targets which would split the total and you'll get your sweet spot. I hope this clears up your confusion? I'll leave the topic open for discussion.

There is no such thing. Give me your source.

And I already said that I healed people at same distance to me with different amount of healing. (And if you saw my picture, all of those players were placed at random distances from me and got the same healing)

Hello,
This is the official formula as of patch 5.2.0 which has been used to calculate how Halo heals, and I have not got any information for any formula changes, beside the value of spell power being affected in the recent patches.

(0.5 * (1.01)^(-1 * (((Distance-25)/2)^4)) + 0.1 + 0.015*Distance) and this is visualisation of it: https://i.imgur.com/iJ5Ivg7.png
