Unable to collect appearance (leather shoulders from Legion)

Bug description: I just got this item from the Vault of the Wardens, but I did not get the appearance. I tried equiping it, didn't work. Relog + clearing cache also did not work. This didn't happen last week with other items from the same dungeon :/
Proof: As you can see, I have the item but not the appearance.

Probably a stock bug from retail, there are many cases of this there too, but it should be easily fixable so try getting some other shoulders that looks the same until it gets fixed. Confirmed Trello Card.
