Deadly Navigation doesnt proc with healing spells!

Bug description: Deadly Navigation doesnt proc with healing spells, only with auto attacks and dps spells.
Proof: i dont record my gameplay but you can easily test it by yourself.

Edit: i tried also versitility enchant, it works only in chain heal in shaman class but i can confirm that both above enchant dont work on single target healing spells!
Edit2: i cant understand why but when not in group it doesnt proc but when i was in bg it proc normaly, i dont know yet in mythics
