[Profession][Tailoring]Cloth Scavenging

Bug description: I farm those Tidespray linen and i noticed that even i have tailoring buff for cloth, i dont get any "additional" loot from mobs. I made screenshots with two chars in game, one with tailoring profession and buff, and one that dont have tailoring, and the loot is the same, no difference, even lower for char with tailoring Buff works ok BFA, ppl that farm on retail have it, proof are videos on youtube like this : https://youtube.com/watch?v=in5GVfRKsJ8:
