Upper Back Pain https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=3797&&name=upper-back-pain-10-player For this Achievement you need to keep alive 2 Snowbolds and to kill boss Icehowl . But you don't get that Achievement.

Three Sixty Pain Spike https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=3996&&name=three-sixty-pain-spike-10-player You need to keep alive two Mistresses of Pain alive to get this Achi. But you don't get it by killing his boss.

Salt and Pepper https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=3799&&name=salt-and-pepper-10-player You have to kill his boss in less than 3 minutes. But you don't get it by killing his boss.
