Wrong droprate for Spawn of Horridon suspected.

Bug description: I suspect that the droprate for Spawn of Horrdion is wrong since me and 12 other players has +150 tries on Horridon without having seen it once. There are 2 droprates on site one for 3 % and one for 0,1 % and I think that the 0,1 % is actually the one that counts on live servers. Please investigate.
