[Achievement] Full Caravan

Bug description:
- After completing the quests which are needed for Fiona to get added to the caravan, it didn't count towards the Achievement's progress.
- Argus Highbeacon does not have a function where you can ask him to join your caravan when interacting with him.
- Because Pamela's Doll and The Battle of Darrowshire do not work, you can't get Pamela Redpath to join your caravan.
- When interacting with Beezil Linkspanner there is no function to ask him to join your caravan.
