Bug description: Laminaria, from Battle of dazar'alor, Can't take dot (If i use outbreak, it doesn't apply virulent plague. I can apply festering wounds BUT they don't burst = i don't dmg and i don't gain festermight from my azerite trait) .... i've talken with another dk in the same groups, confirmed the bug druid balance too was talking about sunfire and moonfire bug. check it^^ (i hope screen are clear)

If this doesn't affect only DKs then its a general boss issue . I'll move this topic to PvE and rename it .
