Heirlooms experience bonus does not stack

Bug description: The same bug stated at https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Heirloom-gear-t585269.html Heirlooms gear experience bonus doesn't stack, only first 10% and first 5% work after that nothing (it's useless to equip more than one gear piece that gives 10% and one that gives 5%). With head, shoulder, back, chest, legs, 2 ring exp bonus should be 55% but you still get only 15% bonus exp.

I know it was marked as duplicate, but that was in legion and legion reports from trash shouldn't be vaild anymore, and that there is the 10xp boost and then the 3xp, i'm very pleased with that, that's not the problem. I just want this to have a trello report because the bug really exists. The previous topic that was closed https://forum.wow-freakz.com/view-post-6008769.html was marked as being a duplicate topic for https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Heirloom-gear-t585269.html but that has an old trello report from Legion, https://trello.com/c/JYtqkvgR/981-generalitem-heirlooms-stacking that isn't valid anymore for BFA.
