Stuck as a ghost

My computer crashed this morning and when I logged back in, I had been killed and was a ghost. It will not let me release spirit. It did let me return to graveyard but Iam stuck and cannot do anything including move. How can I fix this?

Unstuck your character by using the unstuck tool. If you're unable to use it, create a ticket in-game and a GM will revive you.
