[Island Expedition]Interaction with other faction's NPCs

Character name: Calenara
Bug description: When you're on the other faction now, your character changes race (temporarily). However, you still cannot interact with the vendor NPC if you wish to buy a buff or repair your gear.
Proof: You can see my character doing the 'talking' animation, but no window for the vendor pops up.
