pvp vendor items missing

Bug description: PVP vendors missing pvp items
For example the Warmongering Gladiator (wod) pvp vendor is missing the full set appearance token ( and i think that exists since i believe in legion there were those for almost all pvp sets) and it misses the plate head https://www.wowhead.com/item=126393/warmongering-gladiators-scaled-helm?bonus=0 and https://www.wowhead.com/item=125914/warmongering-gladiators-scaled-helm?bonus=0
