[FIXED] [Shaman][All-Specs] Cooldowns are longer than intended

Bug description: MOST of my abilities with CD have a VERY NICE bonus of 50% on their CD's including one of my trinket, Gatecaller's Boon. Instead of a 1 min Stormbringer, I get a 1 30 sec Stormbringer CD.

This shit is present on all specs EVEN after I deleted cache and unstucked several times. And not only big cds, Lava burst and interrupt too.

I wanted to do the same post including Sundering Stormkeeper and Spirit Walk so i may just provide the Proofs for that here so it gets fixed soon hopefully and the Class doesnt end up dead like Outlaw Rogue. Thank you for your Post <3
