Character name: High Examiner Tae'thelan Bloodwatcher, The Sentinel, The Warden
Bug description: The two NPCs are supposed to have a conversation blip and come to life for you to fight them, but the quest chain is kind of broken (The Warden's Game pre-requisite somehow clears and allows this quest to appear but you can't progress).
