Bug description: This quest never shows up on the alliance side, looked up for it for months. Today I went there and met a horde player who said he can see it but I couldn't It's related to https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=13035&&name=by-de-power-of-de-loa By de Power of de Loa achievment
