Bug description: The cinematic is not triggered , Admiral Jes-Tereth is not in the war room , quest cannot be done . The cinematic is supposed to start when you enter the Stormwind Keep but it does not happen .

Hello there Tzupu,

The quest is not needed for MoP progression and is skippable as you can teleport to Jade forest using the portal in Mage Quarter in Stormwind. You can also keep leveling in Cataclysm zones up to 90 and then move on to Warlords of Draenor content.
I will have to reject this report as the quest is doable.
