Bug description: The Unbound Force minor (Reckless Force) not scale with haste, i tested with any haste gear, have same proc 20 rppm, Reckless Force have same proc Grimoire of Sacrifice (20 + haste), i tested more time on single dummy, in 1 min GoS proc 29-30 times, Reckless Force only 19-20 times

what is the difference between sacrifice pet crit or 0 crit? Either way, they die, right? and it can't use in pvp too, i reported last post (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Warlock-Grimoire-of-Sacrifice-t601360.html)

True, misread that as 2nd effect of the spell shouldnt crit.

will sac pet, have this on buff bar with 20+haste proc (2nd): https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=196099 (wowhead link)
will trigger spell damage on enemy target (3rd): https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=196100 (wowhead link)

has same proc 20+haste as Reckless Force (The Unbound Force minor)
I hope fix Grimoire of Sacrifice soon because it's a main talent of affliction spec, affliction can't playable well now with more important bug, that makes them lose a lot of dps both in pve and pvp

update: i tested 2 gears set, 1st set 23% - 46% haste, 2nd set 63% - 245% haste, all have same 20 procs in 1 minutes, stopwatch on right screen

Can anyone confirm this bug? If necessary I can post new proofs with 25% haste and 600% haste, both value haste still 1 proc per min
