Bug description: No, this is not a known issue, the following sentence is present on trello card: "Note: VoP procs work fine if you change to Crusade." This is not true as I detailed on the previous post. Feel free to update the trello card and not duplicat/reject this post as is NEW information that is not included in the trello card.
As VoP and AV/Crusade are the best and the most used spells in the game for this patch at least for Paladin and for any spec, this is must be priority number one in terms of spells and classes to be fix.

Dude I told you its a known issue, it is on private trello and it won't get fixed, since i talked to DEVs long time ago, here is proof of report https://i.imgur.com/alsBGDk.png it was reported last month and its on private, you can't see it. Rejected.
