[REJECTED] Vote Heirloom never arrived in mailbox

Bug description:
Proof: Sadly, I didn't think to take screenshots of this process. The site should show that I started with 45 points, voted on all 4 sites, was at 65 points and acquired (tried anyhow) 3 heirlooms.

As stated in the proof section, I tried to get the Polished Breastplate of Valor (Item ID: 122381) as well as 2 others. The other 2 showed up just fine but the Breastplate never arrived. Does it take longer for that particular item or what do I need to do in order to get it sent to my character?

Hello percivul,

I have investigated your account's vote rewards logs - the item in question "Polished Breasplate of Valor" has not been purchased on the char Brutikuss, nor any other character on that account.

In the past 3 months (7th October 2021 up until today) only 2 vote point purchases were made from this account, both of them occured today:

5th January 2022 10:37 AM - Bloodsoaked Skullforge Reaver
5th January 2022 10:41 AM - Flamescarred Draconian Deflector

The times mentioned refer to Server Time and may differ from your local time.

I can show this picture of the vote reward logs as proof:

2 items were purchased for a total cost of 40 vote points - no further purchases have been made and no further vote points were deducted from your account.

Ok, fair enough. I'm a bit confused though and maybe it's just because I'm an idiot. When I first logged in, I had the 45 points. I voted on all 4 sites (5 points each, if I'm correct) so I should have had 65 points. I can see that I'm not able to vote again on any of them so they accepted my vote. Is there a reason I wouldn't get the 20 points??? I thought I followed the steps on the site exactly.

Nope, you do not get 5 points for each vote site. You get 5 points if you successfully vote on all 4 sites during a voting session. Voting resets every 12 hours.

So you can get max 10 points every 24 hours.

Oooooh ok. I see what you're saying. I did go through the voting again and see that 5 showed up so I guess it's working. Ok, cool.
