Bug description:
the vendor Warmage Kath'leen is supposed to sell this inscription recipe for 2500 nethershards, however she does not.
she is supposed to sell 2 inscription recipes, namely Technique: Glyph of Floating Shards and Technique: Glyph of Wrathguard each for 2500 nethershards. the first one is not sold at all and the second one is sold for double the price

Proof: unlearned recipe saying where to learn from + not in designated vendor
