Bug description: Hello, I would like to report that with the expansion change, unfortunately I lost my Arcanist's Manasaber, I got it during the Legion and not by the eternal travelers event, would it be possible for me to recover it?

Sadly lots of people have lost mounts from our BFA > SL port.

Our developer team is currently on it and investigating the issue.
