Cross faction for pvp

Pz enable cross faction for pvp asap skirmish and rated arenas and bgs
I have to wait 1h for a skirmsh to pop as a healer and sometimes no pop for a whole day.

The fact that you're a healer also plays a part.
In skirmish arena atleast, healers are only chosen for 3v3, to play against other 2 dps and 1 healer. So the que won't pop for you unless another healer joins.

true but even for dps
most alliances are not interested in PVP, even if I queue as a dps there must be another alliance dps with me for queue to pop

Here is the problem, and its not just private servers, I have seen this on retail and just about every server that tries to balance PVP.

Every good player stacks on one faction... here it is Horde
In order to move to Mythic dungeons and raid, Shadowlands is designed so you either have to wait months for gear to drop in normals, or do PVP content
Teams on Horde easily mow down 130-150 item level players, who also tend to be uncoordinated, causing anyone serious about PVP to transfer to Horde

fix... you are correct, it is cross faction, but FORCED cross faction!

make teams face other teams, if you can't get them on seperate factions, the only answer is to force cross faction so they don't know what side they will be on.

Forced cross-faction should be applied already since the middle of april.
