Character name: Vasquez
Bug description: The quest: Mix, Mingle, and Meddle does not work as it should. I can't interact with any of the NPC as they are still hostile after drinking the potion.
Proof: Youtube Video of how the quest should work (skip to 1:53 to see that the NPC should not be hostile.
Screenshot of hostile NPC, As you can see, i got the buff which should allow me to talk with the NPC, but they are still hostile and will attack me if i get close. They have no option to talk with either.

EDIT 02.03.2022:
The quest seems to have been fixed after the latest restart today. Now the NPC are non-hostile and i was able to complete the quest.

Tried dropping buff, /logout - delete cache, login, use potion. Didn't help. NPC's are still hostile with no dialog option.

Today this quest worked. It doesn't require the potion which is probably not right either. But you can talk to the NPC's and get credit.

The issue was fixed as on the database over 200 players have completed the quest.

Will assume the issue doesnt happen so I will close the topic.
