Memory of the Natural Order Legendary with Frenzied Regeneration stacks and cd

WoW Freakz item link: Memory of the Natural Order
Character name: Lusher
Bug description: when ever use [barkskin] with the legendary item , it take stacks from current [Frenzied Regeneration] if there is stacks and if there isnt any stacks , it just reset the CD of Frenzied Regeneration .This happen in start and in the end of [barkskin] spell.

I can confirm this bug. Is very annoying and this reduce drastically the benefits of the Memory of the Natural Order.
