**Description of the issue:**
After getting affected by **Gluttony** and using Cloak of Shadows as a rogue it dispells the debuff but it doesn't jump to the nearest player. Instead it simply disappears and nobody has it at all and no one ever gets it again which makes cleaning the room from the orbs complicated.

**How it should work:**
After dispelling the **Gluttony** debuff by Cloak of Shadows the debuff should be transfered to the nearest other player.
