[FIXED] [Hunter] Scatter Shot

Currently https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=213691 (wowhead link) doesn't break on damage. The debuff should be removed from target that receives any amount of damage. At the moment it has a treshold set too high. Should be any damage as long as its not 0.

**Proof:**
It says so in description and it has always been like that throughout history of this spell.
