[FIXED] Shaman Chain Heal bug

Descrierea bugului: Pe fiecare tinta ar trebui sa scada heal cu 40%, si NU scade. De exemplu da 4200 heal pe toate tinetele, si ar trebui cam 4200, 1700, 700. Chestia e ca mai e si glyphul http://www.wowhead.com/item=41517 , deci cu un chain heal dau heal 4200 pe toate tintele, si asta fara crit.
