La 411 (operatorii discuta cu clientii)
Convorbirile telefonice cu operatorii GSM sunt inregistrate.
Iata cateva exemple – enjoy:

1.Operator: Factura dumneavoastra nu s-a emis inca, bla, bla…
El: Domnisoara, factura este ptr. mine ca ciclul gagicii mele, cum nu vine, cum incep sa ma ingrijorez…

2. – Ce tip de telefon aveti?
- Mobil!

3. “Doamna, ma tot suna unu? Missed Calls, cine e dom’ne asta?”

4. Am incercat sa-mi apelez numarul azi si imi spune ca mi s-au restructurat apelurile.
(dupa verificare)
- Telefonul dvs.. este blocat pentru ca ati cerut acest lucru, fiind furat.
- Asta stiu, dar de ce nu pot sa mai sun?

5. Clientul avea tel. blocat, operatorul dicteaza formula de deblocare pt. Motorola apoi…
Operator: Va rog sa tastati acum codul pe telefon ca sa ma asigur ca se deblocheaza.
Clientul: formeaza codul dar oper. auzea in casca cum il forma.
Operator: D-voastra de pe ce tel. vorbiti?
Ea: De pe fix.
Operator: Si pe ce tel. tastati codul puk?
Ea: Pai pe fix, nu?…

6. Operator: Telefonul este dual band?
Ea: DA, ESTE PORTOCALIU CU GALBEN. (!!!!!).

7. -. …Spuneti-mi, va rog, cand ati efectuat ultima incarcare a cartelei dvs.?
- Ieri seara. Am tinut-o vreo 4 ore la incarcat.
